Got the Deluxe hot chocolate as a take away from a branch in Woolwich high street today 08/12/22. I took the lid off when too far away to turn back (as it was towards the end of my lunch break) & there was nothing deluxe about it. No sign of any cream/choc powder whatsoever. Not the first problem I’ve had with this branch; luke warm fries, overcooked chicken selects. Didn’t think they could mess up a drink – wrong!!
